The successful applicant must have a Bachelor’s degree in business administration, public administration, resource management, or related field from an accredited university. Five (5) years of management experience in an administrative/management capacity. (Experience must include full responsibility in supervision of technical or higher-level employees; full responsibility in work planning, productivity, and reporting of outcomes; and full responsibility for developing budgets for programs, projects, and activities.) A Valid driver’s license. Preferred Qualifications: Five (5) years of management experience in an administrative/management related function with at least a portion including work in a natural resource related field. All applicants must submit a Tribal application, completed supplemental background questionnaire, a copy of academic transcript, certifications, proof of state licensure, copy of valid driver’s license, If claiming Tribal Preference, proof of enrollment from a federally recognized Tribe if other than CSKT, and if claiming veteran’s preference, a copy of the DD214 must be submitted. FAILURE TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE ABOVE INFORMATION WILL RESULT IN IMMEDIATE DISQUALIFICATION DURING THE SCREENING PROCESS. This position is not a Testing Designated Position (TDP) within the definition of the CSKT Drug Testing policy. The successful applicant, if not already employed by the Tribes must pass a pre-hire drug test and serve a mandatory six (6) month probationary period. Salary is negotiable.
