Maintenance person for Hotel

We need someone who can work independently and efficiently. We can and will provide tools no need to bring your own, unless you insist. We do not require any certifications. We only require basic handyman skills and superior organization. We need someone who can stay on task and complete the job efficiently and in a timely manner. We need someone who will communicate with management and other team members when issues arise.
Pay is $20 per hour
Responsibilities:
You will receive direction from the General Manager who will assign tasks such as:
- Seasonal Landscaping
- Painting
- Minor Plumbing
- Electronic and standard door locks
- Drywall Repair
- Equipment Maintenance
