Harmony Educational Services, an innovative distance learning program, has an immediate part-time opening for an assistant account manager to work with our partner schools in Montana.

 

The Assistant Account Manager will assist the account manager in the following responsibilities.

  • Become an expert on the needs of the account/school
  • Ensure that all school requirements are being met
  • Troubleshoot problems, making immediate contact as necessary
  • Maintain regular phone contact with parents/students
  • Work with students to ensure high rate of student progress
  • Deliver reports on time
  • Travel to partner school when necessary

 

Qualifications:

  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication
  • Solid Microsoft Office/Word, Google docs skills
  • Ability to work independently and also work well in a team
  • Adapt well to tasks and take initiative
  • Critical thinking in resolving issues
  • Be highly responsible, self-motivated, work with little supervision
  • Knowledge of and experience with homeschooling and/or distance learning preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree, certified teacher (elementary) nice but not necessary

Location:  Work from home

Pay:  Based on experience
