Assistant Account Manager
Harmony Educational Services, an innovative distance learning program, has an immediate part-time opening for an assistant account manager to work with our partner schools in Montana.
The Assistant Account Manager will assist the account manager in the following responsibilities.
- Become an expert on the needs of the account/school
- Ensure that all school requirements are being met
- Troubleshoot problems, making immediate contact as necessary
- Maintain regular phone contact with parents/students
- Work with students to ensure high rate of student progress
- Deliver reports on time
- Travel to partner school when necessary
Qualifications:
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Solid Microsoft Office/Word, Google docs skills
- Ability to work independently and also work well in a team
- Adapt well to tasks and take initiative
- Critical thinking in resolving issues
- Be highly responsible, self-motivated, work with little supervision
- Knowledge of and experience with homeschooling and/or distance learning preferred
- Bachelor’s degree, certified teacher (elementary) nice but not necessary
