Music Director

St. Anthony Catholic Parish is looking for a part-time Music Director. The Music Director will work collaboratively with Father Pascal to coordinate music for weekend and holy day masses as well as other parish liturgical celebrations and funerals. In addition the Music Director shall be responsible for the maintenance of our choir including arranging rehearsals, inviting choir members and scheduling cantors. The Music Director is not expected to attend all liturgical celebrations. It is essential that applicants have knowledge of the structure and spirit of Catholic liturgy. The Music Director shall share in the liturgical planning process and assist with attending to copyright issues and reporting. St. Anthony anticipates that the working hours for this position will range from 8 to 12 hours per week. Must be a practicing Roman Catholic and willing to uphold the teachings of the Catholic Church. Must be unbiased toward the Roman Catholic Church and willing to work cooperatively in its endeavors.
