This is a full-time position responsible for providing program logistical and management support to funded projects. The Program Manager is expected to assist in the collaborative process by assessing, planning, implementing, coordinating, monitoring, and evaluating options and available services to meet individual health care needs using available community resources to provide positive outcomes regarding insurance access and Ryan White eligibility for assigned patients. The Program Manager provides program support, assistance and advocacy to Ryan White grant participants, focusing on eligibility criteria as payor of last resort for the Ryan White federal grant. Acts as a Certified Application Counselor during ACA & Medicare open enrollment periods
